Thank you for your interest in our online shop. The protection of your privacy is very important to us. In the following we inform you in detail about the handling of your data.

1. access data and hosting

You can visit our website without providing any personal information. Each time a website is accessed, the web server only automatically saves a so-called server log file, which contains the name of the requested file, your IP address, date and time of access, transferred data volume and the requesting provider (access data) and documents the access.

These access data are evaluated exclusively for the purpose of ensuring trouble-free operation of the site and improving our services. In accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. f DSGVO, this serves to safeguard our predominantly legitimate interests in a correct presentation of our offer as part of a weighing of interests. All access data will be deleted at the latest seven days after the end of your page visit.

Third party hosting services
In the context of processing on our behalf, a third party provider provides us with the services of hosting and display of the website. This serves the protection of our legitimate interests in a correct representation of our offer within the scope of a weighing of interests. All data collected within the framework of the use of this website or in the forms provided for this purpose in the online shop as described below will be processed on its servers. A processing on other servers takes place only in the framework explained here.

This service provider is located within a country of the European Union or the European Economic Area.

2. data collection and use for contract processing, contact

We collect personal data when you voluntarily provide it to us within the scope of your order or when contacting us (e.g. via contact form or e-mail). Mandatory fields are marked as such, because in these cases we need the data to process the contract or to process your contact and you can not send the order or contact without their information. Which data are raised, are evident from the respective input forms. We use the data provided by you in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. b DSGVO for contract processing and processing your enquiries. If you have given your consent in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. a DSGVO by deciding to open a customer account, we will use your data for the purpose of opening a customer account. After complete completion of the contract or deletion of your customer account, your data will be restricted for further processing and deleted after expiry of the retention periods under tax and commercial law, unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data or we reserve the right to use data beyond this, which is permitted by law and about which we inform you in this declaration. The deletion of your customer account is possible at any time and can take place either by a message to the contact possibility described below or over a function intended for it in the customer account.

3. data transfer

In order to fulfil the contract pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. b DSGVO, we pass on your data to the shipping company commissioned with the delivery, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery of ordered goods. Depending on which payment service provider you select in the ordering process, we will forward the payment data collected for this purpose to the credit institution and payment service provider commissioned by us or to the selected payment service in order to process payments. In some cases, the selected payment service providers also collect this data themselves if you create an account there. In this case, you must register with the payment service provider using your access data during the ordering process. In this respect, the data protection declaration of the respective payment service provider applies.

We also use an external merchandise management system for order and contract processing. The data transfer or processing taking place in this respect is based on order processing.

We use payment service providers and shipping service providers based in a country outside the European Union. The transmission of personal data to these companies only takes place within the framework of the necessity to fulfil the contract.

Data transfer to shipping service providers
If you have given us your express consent to this during or after your order, we will forward your e-mail address and telephone number to the selected shipping service provider on the basis of this pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. a DSGVO so that the latter can contact you before delivery for the purpose of announcing or coordinating delivery.

The consent can be revoked at any time by sending a message to the contact person described below or directly to the shipping service provider at the contact address listed below. After revocation, we will delete your data unless you have expressly consented to the further use of your data or unless we reserve the right to use data beyond this, which is permitted by law and about which we inform you in this declaration.

The cancellation of the newsletter is possible at any time and can take place either by a message to the contact possibility described below or over a left intended for it in the newsletter. After you unsubscribe, we will delete your e-mail address unless you have expressly consented to the further use of your data or unless we reserve the right to use further data that is permitted by law and about which we inform you in this declaration.

The newsletter will be sent as part of a processing on our behalf by a service provider, to whom we forward your e-mail address for this purpose.

This service provider is located within a country of the European Union or the European Economic Area.

Post advertising and your right of objection
In addition, we reserve the right to use your first and last name as well as your postal address for our own advertising purposes, e.g. to send interesting offers and information about our products by post. This serves to protect our legitimate interests, which predominate within the scope of a weighing of interests, in advertising to our customers in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. f DSGVO.

5. data usage for payment processing
Rate purchase

When selecting the payment method "installment purchase" and granting the necessary data protection consent pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. a DSGVO, personal data (first name, surname, address, email address, telephone number, date of birth, IP address, gender) together with data required for transaction processing (article, invoice amount, due dates, total amount, invoice number, taxes, currency, order date and order time) are transmitted to our partner Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm (Sweden) for purposes of processing this type of payment.
In order to verify the identity or creditworthiness of the customer, our partner carries out queries and information at publicly accessible databases and credit agencies. The providers from whom information and, if applicable, creditworthiness information is obtained on the basis of mathematical-statistical procedures, as well as further details on the processing of your data after transmission to our partner Klarna Bank AB (publ) can be found in their data protection declaration, which can be found here: https://www.klarna.com/de/datenschutz/
Our partner Klarna Bank AB (publ) uses the information received on the statistical probability of default for a balanced decision on the establishment, execution or termination of the contractual relationship. You have the possibility to contact our partner Klarna Bank AB (publ) to present your point of view and to appeal against the decision.
The consent to the transfer of data given during the ordering process can be revoked at any time, even without giving reasons, with effect for the future.

6 Integration of the Trusted Shop Trustbadge

For the display of our Trusted Shops seal of approval and the possibly collected evaluations as well as for the offer of the Trusted Shops products for buyers after an order the Trusted Shops Trustbadge is integrated on this web page.

This serves to safeguard our predominantly legitimate interests in optimum marketing within the framework of a weighing of interests by enabling secure purchasing in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. f DSGVO. The Trustbadge and the services advertised with it are an offer of the Trusted Shops GmbH, Subbelrather Str. 15C, 50823 Cologne. The trust badge is provided by a CDN provider (Content-Delivery-Network) as part of order processing. The Trusted Shops GmbH uses also Dienstleister from the USA. An appropriate level of data protection is ensured. You can find further information on data protection at Trusted Shops GmbH hier.

When the trust badge is called up, the web server automatically saves a so-called server log file, which also contains your IP address, the date and time of the call, the amount of data transferred and the requesting provider (access data) and documents the call. Individual access data are stored in a security database for the analysis of security problems. The log files are automatically deleted 90 days after creation at the latest.

Further personal data is transferred to Trusted Shops GmbH if you decide to use Trusted Shops products after completing an order or if you have already registered for use. The contractual agreement between you and Trusted Shops applies. For this an automatic collection of personal data takes place from the order data. Whether you as a buyer are already registered for a product use is automatically checked on the basis of a neutral parameter, the e-mail address hashed by cryptological one-way function. The e-mail address is converted into this hash value, which cannot be decoded for Trusted Shops, before transmission. After checking for a match, the parameter is automatically deleted.

This is necessary for the fulfilment of our and Trusted Shops' overriding legitimate interests in the provision of buyer protection linked to the specific order and transactional valuation services in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. f DSGVO. Further details, including objections, can be found in the Trusted Shops data protection declaration linked above and in the Trustbadge.
